Manufacturing

As part of Manufacturing, you'll use your skills, our systems and a wide array of raw materials to help create the delicious finished products our consumers love. While taking ownership in your area of work, you'll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain.


Job Responsibilities

 •   Efficiently operate the Peters Jet Creaming Machine, including set-up, adjustments, closing, change-over, and clean up.
 •   Physically capable of shoveling cream from a trough into the machine hopper
 •   Promote and display good attitude, work ethic and team work
 •   Pay attention to quality and maintaining product specifications
 •   Troubleshoot mechanical issues. Communicate accurately to Maintenance for prompt repair or preventative maintenance
 •   Understand inner-workings of machine including all the different settings and how they affect the end product
 •   Accurately complete paperwork and data input into Quality Suite. Can comfortably use computers and digital controllers
 •   Able to identify and report any unsafe condition to Team Captain or Supervisor
 •   Other related job duties as assigned.

 •   Has sense of urgency and has demonstrated good judgment
 •   Able to perform physical requirements of role
 •   Demonstrated reliability, a good attendance record and attention to safety and GMP's.
 •   Demonstrated awareness and commitment to quality
 •   Able to communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
 •   Able to accurately follow a DPS
 •   Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
 •   Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP's and WHMIS
 •   Strong team player
 •   Able to train/cross train others as needed
 •   Proven ability to adapt and quickly learn new tasks.
 •   Experience with Quality Suite preferred
