The Sales & Operations Execution Leader will lead the preparation and facilitation of the weekly S&OE Meeting, He/she will organize the insights from both Demand and Supply Planning and provide content into the approved Agenda sections, highlighting significant demand and supply changes and the scenarios to resolve the demand/supply imbalances, driving better decisions to maximize revenues, improve service level to customers and reduce waste and inventory level.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation, facilitation and outcomes of the weekly S&OE Meeting with all areas involved
  • Make sure each area is bringing relevant points affecting Service, Cost, Inventory and Waste, as well as proposing scenarios to be discussed to optimize results.
  • Ensure decisions are formally communicated to all areas involved and executed properly
  • Drive consensus among all areas and clarity on decisions to be made 
  • Own the CFR governance, reporting and RCA process by working across ISC and Commercial
  • Prepare the ISC and NA LT PMO meeting content based on the decisions made in the S&OE Meeting
  • Own Change Management needed to make the S&OE process a success

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years' experience: CPG experience preferred
  • Thoroughly familiar with IBP Principles, Demand Planning, New Item processes, KPIs and best practices as well as CPG Supply Planning process knowledge, exception management, inventory management, supplier management, capacity management and Root cause Analysis
