In Marketing, you'll be the ones who first capture our consumers' imaginations, giving them a tantalizing taste of our brands. You'll work to help our brands stay relevant to consumers by developing and activating brand plans that capture their imagination, passion and loyalty.

Sr. Brand Manager, NA Snacking Made Right will be responsible for bringing the Mondelēz Mindful Snacking mission to life in the NA region. Including development of wellbeing growth strategies and priorities, and local execution of the global Impact 2.0 Wellbeing and Sustainability growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive multi-year wellbeing and sustainability growth plan in partnership with global and local stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with relevant marketing and cross functional platform leads to establish and maintain NA portfolio level "Snacking Made Right" innovation/renovation growth pipeline and sufficiency
  • Lead the development and launch of the new Sustainable Wheat Sourcing Marketing Program (e.g. Coco Life for Wheat) across the NA biscuit brand portfolio including, establishing program brand strategy and visual identity, developing and executing integrated marketing communication plans (media, PR, on-pack communications, retail activation, etc.) for launch, serving as on-going program marketing lead and partner liaison for NA in partnership with the global wellbeing and sustainability team.
  • Partner with key functional stakeholders (Procurement, R&D, ISC, Design) to ensure timely and quality implementation of global Impact 2.0 wellbeing and sustainability commitments including

    o 100% Recyclable Packing by 2025
    o 20% Portfolio in Portion Control Packs by 2025
  • Partner with Consumer Insights and external strategy partners to develop annual Wellbeing/Sustainability trend reporting, opportunity space analysis, and prioritization plans
  • Serve as NA lead on the Global Wellbeing Growth Accelerator Team


  • Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years work experience or equivalent
  • Brand marketing and innovation experience preferred
  • Demonstrated passion for or experience with Wellbeing & Sustainability
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity & fast paced environment
  • Analytic and creative thinking skills
  • Strong business acumen and marketing capabilities
  • Strong cross functional partnership skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of sales/marketing/commercialization execution
