Loader Lead The Loader Lead is responsible for loading and unloading materials into or from vehicles. Installing strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit and using hand tools. Leading role to other loader(s). Compensation: the pay rate for this position will be base on experience. Shift Schedule: This is a full time role working 2nd Shift starting at 12pm. Position Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to a team of loaders.
- Pick and audits orders.
- Load trucks.
- Stock floor.
- Maintain return product and empties pallets and shelves.
- Operate floor jack.
- Operate forklift if certified.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- Two years loading experience required
- Previous lead experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Lift up to 50 to 100 lbs repeatedly
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Pass drug test, criminal background check, verifiable employment verification and social security check
