Inventory Supervisor - Houston, TX - Keurig Dr Pepper



Responsible for the inventory function for a production or warehouse facility. Direct supervisor over inventory clerks and coordinators. Typically reports to Plant or Warehouse Manager or Inventory Manager at large facility.

Position Shift and Schedule

This is a full time permanent position working 1st Shift Tuesday thru Saturday from 6am until finish. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required as scheduled.

Position Compensation

This is a salary position plus an attractive benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, etc.

Position Responsibilities

  1. Full inventory of all products once a week to audit guidelines
  2. Invoice customers and handle questions and issues
  3. Submit request for materials, prepare purchase orders, track purchases and supplies
  4. Schedule incoming and outgoing shipments both intercompany and external suppliers
  5. Create STO's for Pallets and Shells back to production
  6. Walk warehouse daily to check for missing signage and assign slotting
  7. Work with Sales Ops team to review slotting for maximum efficiencies
  8. Date code reporting weekly
  9. Manage damage and returned product
  10. POS management in both soft and glides and racks keeping areas clean and organized
  11. Other duties as needed


Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse/distribution center operations
  • 2 years experience in inventory control
  • 2 years experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • 2 years experience using SAP or a similar system
