Job Overview

Keurig Dr. Pepper is looking for a hands-on experienced Finance professional for its Supply Chain Finance team. This position requires a financial leader, who will partner with Finance and Operations Management to provide decision support, drive cost and process improvements, and support our vision to "Be the Best Beverage Business in the Americas".

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Business Partnering:
  • Develop and leverage relationships with Procurement, Operations and Corporate functions to achieve product cost and related finance KPI's and goals
  • Provide meaningful insight and recommendations to management
  • Be a trusted advisor and expert to the Procurement and Product Costing teams and others, providing support to find common ground solutions that satisfy the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Identify and lead productivity, process, and continuous improvement activities

Decision Support:
  • Articulate actionable data-driven insights by leveraging BI tools and storytelling techniques
  • Use business intelligence tools and data analytics to influence others and drive decision making
  • Formulate innovative ideas and map steps that will clearly accelerate the organization towards its goals

Budget/Forecasting/Action Planning:
  • Understand all cost drivers in order to provide accurate and challenging budgets and forecast
  • Prioritize activities and align with stakeholders to deliver results with a high degree of predictability
  • Compile weekly/monthly projections and present in real time actionable format
  • Provide financial analysis and support for Procurement finance, developing and publishing mission critical performance reports, and tracking financial performance against metrics and goals
  • Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify improvement opportunities, minimize risk, and protect continuity of supply
  • Coordinate activities with corporate accounting to ensure accurate financial results and other financial closing activities

Administrative Activities/Career Development:
  • Participate in status or team meetings and provide updates to management
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, accounting standards and procedures
  • Participate in function or career development training and develop new skills essential to the future of Supply Chain Finance

Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA a plus
  • Financial acumen, demonstrated experience problem solving with analytical thinking, and history of business partnership
  • 3+ years' experience, preferably performing supply chain or manufacturing analysis
  • SAP experience preferred, advanced Excel skills required
  • BI experience a plus (TM1, MicroStrategy, etc.)
  • Procurement, Product Costing or Manufacturing and plant experience a plus
