Wazee Crane, a division of Timken Motor & Crane Services, is currently seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative in Broomfield, Colorado to handle all customer and supply chain activities related to Wazee Crane. This role will provide direct support to the Crane Service Manager, crane fabrication, and accounting teams. They will handle inquiries related to crane service billing, purchase order acknowledgements, billing preparation, and miscellaneous tasks. The position reports to the Controller of Timken Motor and Crane Services - West.    

Responsibilities Include:

  • Create and validate purchase orders

  • Faciliate crane fabrication pre-billing

  • Handle customer service inquiries

  • Deliver invoices to customers and assist with miscellaneous collections

  • Drive customer outreach to establish new relationships and foster existing accounts to generate orders for the field service team

  • Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure accurate product delivery and confirm need-by dates

  • Partner with the crane management team to re-establish dormant customers

  • Reconcile timesheets for crane fabrication team

  • Act as interdepartmental liaison, conduct administrative duties, greet customers, and direct phone calls

  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalency required

  • 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience OR Bachelor's degree in a related field required

  • Microsoft Office proficient; intermediate with Excel

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Works well independently and within a team

  • Experience working within Epicor or other accounting software preferred

The yearly compensation for this role is $40,000 - $54,000, is commensurate on experience and education, and could pay more or less than the posted range. This full-time position is eligible to participate in the company's short-term incentive program, paid time off plan, 401k, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.
