Duties
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to promote our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Research market to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in an inside sales role.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to understand technical products and convey their benefits effectively to customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Previous experience in technical sales is advantageous but not required.
