Role and Responsibilities
- Be a Safety Leader
- Plan and direct operations to continuously improve productivity and efficiency
- Support and improve processes and policy in support of organizational goals
- Implement, manage and monitor technology systems utilized in operations
- Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions
- Recruit and develop a winning team of supervisors and hourly employees
- Lead planning and implementation of projects
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- College degree preferred or 2 years industry relevant experience
- Knowledge of industry technology skills
