Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: TENNESSEE (partially remote, significant on-site presence required at the beginning)
Start Date: ASAP – Ideally before June 1st

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Miami. This role is focused on expanding revenue and building strategic partnerships within the international freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business development and expand our client portfolio
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and overseas agents
  • Lead a remote team across Brazil, Colombia, and Spain
  • Grow our agent network within WCA and Parnity alliances
  • Attend WCA conferences to maximise new opportunities
  • Identify market trends and emerging business prospects
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure operational success
Requirements:
  • 6–7+ years' experience in international freight forwarding sales
  • Experience working with agents (overseas/local)
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage remote teams
  • Willingness to travel for industry events and meetings
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 USD + performance-based bonus
