Freight Sales Rep – Remote OK | Nationwide
Territories: Open to candidates and clients across the United States (Remote Sales Accepted)
Compensation:
- Earn up to 50% of gross profit (very high commissions, no cap)

Position Overview
We're hiring experienced, results-driven Freight Sales Reps to develop and manage client accounts nationwide. This is a remote-friendly, high-commission role for logistics professionals who want to work independently while backed by a responsive, asset-based operation.
As a Freight Sales Rep, you will be selling a full suite of logistics and transportation services — with a strong focus on domestic full truckload (FTL).

Responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch, and close new shipper accounts
- Quote freight, negotiate pricing, and manage bookings
- Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth load execution
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
Ideal Candidate
- 1+ years in freight sales, trucking, brokerage, or 3PL
- Confident closer with strong communication and follow-up
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented
- Existing book of business is a strong plus, but not required
- Comfortable selling full truckload and dry van freight services
