Your Role: International Operations Manager
As an International Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing global freight operations, ensuring top-tier customer service, compliance, and efficiency. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you will lead a dynamic team handling quotes, customer service, import/export, air/ocean freight, and operational SOPs & KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead & manage an international operations team, ensuring top performance & customer satisfaction
Develop & implement strategic initiatives to optimize processes and efficiency
Monitor & improve department KPIs, driving operational excellence
Enhance client satisfaction & service performance through proactive improvements
Mentor, train & develop future leaders within the operations team
Collaborate with senior leadership to align goals & drive business performance
Act as the last line of defense to ensure all necessary documentation & compliance standards are met
Oversee booking, routing, tracking, and communication with customers
Work closely with the sales team to address client concerns and provide top-tier logistics solutions

What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in operations leadership within international freight forwarding or logistics
Deep knowledge of air & ocean import/export operations
Proven ability to train, mentor & develop high-performing teams
Strong understanding of customs compliance & regulatory requirements
Excellent communication & leadership skills to engage with clients & senior leadership
Highly organized, proactive & solution-driven mindset
Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant work experience will be considered
