Your Role: Air Import or Export Coordinator
You will be responsible for managing air import/export shipments, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations, and delivering top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end air import or export shipments
- Pre-alert agents and shippers, organize and prepare required documentation
- Track and coordinate cargo from origin to final destination
- Arrange pick-ups, deliveries, and container loading
- Ensure compliance with all international shipping regulations
- Handle billing, payables, and shipment documentation processing
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong communication with clients
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding operations
- Strong knowledge of air import or export logistics
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
- Problem-solving & decision-making skills in a fast-paced industry
- Experience with CargoWise or similar freight software (preferred)
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
