We're seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to help us attract and retain top-quality CDL-A drivers. If you have transportation experience, know DOT/FMCSA rules, and love connecting with people, we want to talk to you!
What You'll Do:
- Recruit and hire qualified CDL-A drivers.
- Use online tools, social media, and job boards to find talent.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA & FMCSA/DOT regulations.
- Support driver onboarding and retention programs.
- 2 years transportation experience (recruitment preferred).
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA & FMCSA/DOT rules.
- Great communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
