Job Description:We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shop Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks involved in the production of aerospace components, including:
- Assembly of vacuum-formed plastic and composite parts
- Deburring and finishing of machined and formed components
- Bonding and fastening of parts per specifications
- Assisting in general shop maintenance and organization
- Following work instructions and quality standards to ensure compliance with aerospace requirements
- Day Shift 8am to 5pm
- 40 hours a week
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or aerospace (preferred but not required)
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
