What You'll Do
• Maintain and repair injection molding and assembly equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Install and modify equipment to improve efficiency and safety
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records
• Recommend improvements to processes and tech, with a focus on training and proactive plant-wide safety efforts

Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
• High school diploma
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or 2-year technical degree
• Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aptitude
• Proficiency in PC & PLC troubleshooting and repair
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
Preferred Qualifications
• CMM software & Microsoft Suite experience
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations
