Receptionist/Administrative Assistant




Quiet office environment seeking a receptionist/administrator to take care of general office needs such as:
  • Answering & directing phone calls
  • Provide visitor support
  • Keeping Office workspace orderly
  • Filing of operational files and archiving
  • Managing inbound/outbound office mail
  • Assisting management with various tasks as needed.
  • Maintain supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies, verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Assist in preparation of events, meetings, or luncheons.
  • Maintain office equipment i.e. copiers, postage machines, shredders, etc.
  • Dealing with vendors & much more...


Administrative duties:
  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Provide support to HR Manager, assisting in daily office needs & managing our company's general administrative activities.
  • Tasks include making travel & meeting arrangements, prepare reports and maintaining appropriate filing system.
  • Assure the efficient and smooth day to day operation of our office.
  • Please note this is not a Managerial position

    Annual Salary: $40K
