Export Compliance and Licensing Manager
Location: New England
Job Description: Join a growing Trade Compliance department with a Global Corporation, assisting with export compliance and licensing.
Responsibilities:
Manage Export Licensing and Trade Compliance program
Train and advise on export compliance matters
Develop and conduct company export compliance training
Oversee export licensing both EAR and ITAR
Oversee Classification of products
Oversee FTA's and keep abreast of Global Trade regulation changes
Conduct internal compliance reviews and audits as required
Write and Manage TAA's and CCATS
Handle CTPAT

Skills/Qualifications:
Experience with corporate Export and Import compliance programs
Expertise with Commerce Department EAR Export Licensing
Experience with ITAR licensing
Internal reviews and audits, keep
TAA experience required
HTS and ECCN experience required
Bachelor's Degree required
