Machine Operator( Filler Operator) - Brampton, ON - Staff Management SMX

The Packaging Machine Operator is responsible for producing pouches within standard production efficiencies while verifying they meet customer expectations. They are responsible for the machine operation from set-up to manufacturing as well as maintenance and quality

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour

Duties:

-Set-up and operate the Filler/Circle and MDC/Hooper machine within acceptable production, quality and safety standards - Visually inspect the pouches to ensure customer standards and quality requirements are met - Fill out all the appropriate processing parameters and product inspection documentation -Trouble shoot equipment. -Maintain a clean work environment -Follow GMP/HACCP and department safety rules.

Position Requirements:

Requirements: Minimum 0.5-1 year experience as a Machine Operator, Good communications skills Assets: Operating Packaging Machinery Food Industry Experience



Requirements: Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 20 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

Work Location: Staff Management, 5 Precidio Ct, Brampton, ON L6S6B7.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
