Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process.Our integrated solutions allow us to be prepared for supply chain risks, so we can plan distribution to better achieve lead time and goals despite unexpected conditions. Essential Functions:
  • Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation
  • Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies
  • Understand, develop, implement, and train others in company processes to include but not limited to quoting, implementation of accounts, and System management
  • Coordinate customer inquiries, complaints and other requests with the Sales and Operations teams to facilitate accurate and timely responses
  • Manage a team of customer service agents and key account supervisors
  • Investigating and solving customer service complaints
  • Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities
  • Other duties as requested


SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
  • Capability to build strong partnerships and to work collaboratively to achieve goals
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Established time management and organization skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Detailed oriented and analytical
  • Ability to be outcome oriented focused with strong performance culture
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time
  • High standards and clear accountability


EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus (3 years working experience in lieu of degree)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required


EXPERIENCE :
  • 3+ years of experience in managerial role; transportation and logistics customer service preferred
  • 3+ Years Supervisor Experience
  • 3+ Years Customer Service Experience This is a clerical administrative position in a professional office setting. The employee is frequently required to sit. Occasionally stand, walk, use hands, stoop, bend and reach. Extensive use of a phone and a PC is required. Position may require to work remotely at times.

Pay Range: $50,000-$60,000

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
